About Wyndham House

Wyndham house started life out as a farm house. It was then turned into a Residential care home for approximately 15 years. In June 2005 Wyndham house was taken over and turned into a EMI residential care home. We accommodate for up to 36 residents, we offer a high quality of personal care within a homely friendly environment to every resident staying here.

Our commitment us to provide a caring and safe environment for elderly sufferers of dementia. Supported by the care team and the combination of knowledge, experience and qualifications, we provide personalised care, enhancing our residents' lives ina comfortable, warm and friendly environment.

We offer a choice of lounges and dining areas, where our clients are able to sit and, depending on their needs, can become independent or assisted by our carers. Our balanced menus reflect our homemade approach to providing nutritional, tasty and freshly prepared food. We are able to provide alternative menus, subject to individuals' dietary requirements.

In each room, there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet with lockable drawers, a side table, two chairs and a bedside lamp. Each room has a call bell system, radiators that are covered for safety and a temperature-regulated hot water supply.
